Waterside Motel and B&B room reservations are recommended and will be guaranteed with a credit card.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Check-In: 3:00 p.m. and Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

A $50.00 per room cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for all cancellations.

If the room(s), can not be re-rented the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card

No cancellations on holiday weekends.

Minimum of two (2) nights in the Waterside rooms and B&B rooms stay during weekends in July and August.
